Managing over 10 brand accounts across diverse industries at a boutique PR and social media agency has sharpened my ability to understand and anticipate user needs in today’s fast-paced digital landscape. This hands-on experience taught me the value of developing detailed user personas and translating analytical findings into impactful, user-informed content and design. As a result, I helped increase user engagement rates by up to 15% across accounts.
I love product design because it merges my passion for human connection with creative problem-solving. User insights from interviews and testing guide my design decisions, crafting intuitive, aesthetically pleasing experiences that simplify journeys and build emotional connections.
Outside of design, you’ll often find me observing plants and animals by my nearby lake 🌼, experimenting with new artistic hobbies 🎨, or enjoying the challenge of learning volleyball as an adult beginner 🏐.
